Jeena hoga, Marna hoga, Dharna hoga, Dharna hoga
Dharna.org`s History Spurred by the amazing victory of the lawyers, politicians and civil society of Pakistan through their decisive and coordinated movement  for the restoration  of the Chief Justice, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, (sacked on November 03, 2007 by General Pervez Musharraf, the former army chief and President of Pakistan ) and thus the popular demand for the restoration of an independent judiciary magnanimously conceded by the sitting PPP Government on March 15, 2009, www.dharna.org came into being. Power shortage in Pakistan

Pakistan is facing serious electricity shortage. After the assassination of Benazir Bhutto (former Pakistani Prime Minister & leader of main opposition party), riots began in different parts of Pakistan, resulting in damage to several power stations throughout the country. Pakistan who was already facing power crises is now having shortage of almost 10 hours a day across Pakistan. In some cities the shortage time is even more than 10 hours.

This is surely not a good sign, and very frustrating for everyone. We have arranged power backup systems and trying to stay alive all the time. This situation may result in slow progress to upcoming projects.

The Government of Pakistan has promised to fix this situation, however there are no chances for it to be fixed in near future. We urge everyone to stay strong in this difficult situation and try to save as much electricity as you can.

Pakistan requires more power plants to produce energy for domestic and business sector. Pakistan seriously needs power in order to grow and compete in the future markets.

We promise our customers of unstoppable services and they should not panic in the situation. We are making all arrangements possible for us to keep our computers running
