Beside the open arms, I saw the empty hands of the world.

The pure dream of meeting Him sends flashes within me.

Darkness appeared all around, and the shadows appeared black.

O mother, I performed ablution in a river belonging to the beloved.

With closed eyes I stretch out my hands, so that I may place it into the lap of awareness.

Today I came to receive that sacred offering, by partaking of which I may recognize You.

I came asking for this prayer alone — may my intentions remain pure.
